A Pinnacle of Luxury at Wynn Al Marjan Island
The Ultra-Luxury Enclave park at Wynn Al Marjan Island is a historical occasion for the hospitality and real estate sectors of Ras Al Khaimah. The Enclave, labeled “a destination within a destination,” goes beyond the norms for privacy, exclusivity, and opulence, best towable for the most demanding of travelers and property experts.
Exquisite Design: Crafting Intimacy Within Grandeur
Situated on the higher floors of the super-tall tower of 300 meters of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the Ultra-Luxury Enclave comprises 299 suites, divided into four categories; from 75 sqm King Suites to two Grand Royal Apartments spanning 1,500 sqm over two floors.
Every suite is adorned with colors of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist, balancing the comfort of a home with international inspirations and cultural dignity.
We designed Enclave with an unusual sensitivity to the importance of human scale and the raised idea of individual acknowledgment. Every dimension of our design process in creating this jewel within Wynn Al Marjan Island’s crown has been artful and refined with the same care as would go into cutting and polishing the facets of a rare and priceless gem.
The Enclave’s design rationale stemmed from the idea of “veiling and revealing,” making sure that the whole range of guest experience is complex yet intimate and quietly luxurious. The private, guarded entry drive and exclusive lobby call out to the maintenance of privacy and personalized service; go up with private elevators to find your suites, which hold no more than 15 to a floor.
Exclusive Amenities: Private Pools, Beach and Royal Apartments
The Ultra – Luxury Enclave has the following private amenities to be used exclusively by the guests residing there:
- Private Reserve Pool & Beach: On the eastern boundary of the resort, the private pool and beach of the Enclave consists of three active pools, lush tropical landscaping, and a stretch of sand kept private. Guests have beach butlers who serve food and drinks, upon request, to the lounges, cabanas, or bungalows.
- Royal Apartments: Resting at the very top of the Enclave, rare in every way, the two Royal Apartments, designed by Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris) in partnership with Wynn Design & Development, set new standards of land-based luxury, privacy, and refinement in the region.
- Exclusive Dining: Above the lobby, breakfast is served exclusively to guests, while lunch and dinner transform into a lively Lebanese restaurant with a famous restaurateur making his debut in the UAE.
- Lobby Lounge & Concierge Salon: Private open lounge opens for morning coffee, afternoon tea and celebrates cocktails with petit fare coming out of the private restaurant above. The Concierge Salon ensures that each request is made before it is placed and goes away with efficiency and discretion.
Artful Elegance: Curated Art and Architectural Mastery
Each point of viewing should manifest artful elegance within The Ultra-Luxury Enclave. Interior-wise, there is both a residential feel and a vibe of international design so that every area is a vast yet intimate space. Each suite has dual private pantries stored with bespoke AM and PM amenities, laying deep emphasis on anticipation and personalization in service-giving by Wynn.
On its Royal Apartments, the Enclave led in architectural and interior design, working with international DJs from the very top. Above all, the interior design operates toward inclusion and utter comfort for any visitor. This has become the hallmark of the Wynn brand.
Redefining Hospitality: Wynn’s Vision for Ras Al Khaimah
Now, the Ultra-Luxury Enclave’s launch is a defining moment for both Wynn Resorts and the Ras AL Khaimah Property Market. Wynn Al Marjan Island will stretch over 60 hectares, under which more than 1,217 resort rooms, approximately 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates will occupy the space. Besides, the resort will comprise 24 restaurants, the most posh spa in the region, luxurious shopping venues, and a deep-water marina for superyachts.
Scheduled to open in early 2027 with various milestones in construction, such as topping out for the 300-meter tower by late 2025, the world’s second-largest Wynn project in Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate has already affected real estate trends across the emirate. Over the last eight months, property prices in Al Marjan Island have surged by 20-25%, with experts forecasting a steeper incline as the resort reaches completion.
Potential investors in the emirate’s dress-making land boom, in addition to mass clientele-high-net-worth individuals seeking an esoteric hospitality experience, are expected to see value in The Enclave. Coupled with its luxury, exclusivity, and avant-garde design, the Resort’s Wynn Al Marjan Island would serve as a magnet for further investments and international recognition in Ras Al Khaimah.
